BOOTS New Online Marketplace

Boots, the UK's largest wellness and beauty store, will launch Boots Marketplace in spring 2023, expanding the selection of items accessible on by including third-party firms.

This new service is part of Boots' ongoing digital plan to significantly expand the retailer's online assortment, offering customers access to brand-new and varied categories and enabling suppliers of all sizes to access the Boots client base. Boots' status as one of the most recognised and renowned brands in the UK will aid new and developing companies.

The new marketplace, powered by the SaaS platform Mirakl, will also guarantee that customers continue to use simple checkout for mixed baskets and have access to each of Boots' perks, including the Boots Advantage Card reward system.

Since 2020, Boots has introduced about 70 new and iconic beauty brands, including Elemis, which just debuted in 10 stores and on, as well as modest up-and-coming companies. Customers will be able to access more brands and items, while suppliers of all sizes will have the chance to communicate with Boots customers.
